Architectural exploration of diagrid curtain walls mediating rectangular hospitality blocks via a dramatic central cylindrical volume.
The 'bowl' fits the description of this formal mediation of two solid rectangular blocks by a cylindrical volume of glass and steel structure. The motification of the facade represents our early attempts to test the application of diagrid curtain walls in hotel architecture.
