A premier eight-storey mixed-use development accommodating retail shopping, recreational spaces, corporate offices and luxury condos in Abuja Central Area.

This was one of our early briefs seeking to justify and test the balance that exists between a high-tech approach and new post-modernism. The mixed-use development was designed and built to accommodate shopping, recreational facilities, offices and condos in the heart of the Federal Capital Territory (CBD), Abuja, Nigeria.
