Four-storey reinforced concrete framed 100-room hotel expansion annex seamlessly integrated with existing luxury hospitality facilities.
The client (Bristol Hotel) requested an extension of an additional hundred (100) rooms to cater for an increasing number of guests received daily. Our response was to propose a four (4) storey reinforced concrete framed structure, structurally separated yet physically connected to the existing block, while the existing facilities underwent remodelling to cater for these additional rooms. The annexed building is a relic of the old building in form, shape and spatial organization.
